Thinking about visiting Village?

We are a church eager to see Jesus known and glorified in our community, and would love to have you join us. We meet at 9:30 am every Sunday, in-person and online, to worship together. What happens in our service?

  • We celebrate the grace and glory of God by lifting our voices together and singing from the heart. Our music comes from a variety of sources and styles, and is anchored in the truth of who God is.

  • We reflect how the gospel shapes our lives through times of prayer.

  • We learn from the Scriptures. Our pastors preach expository sermons and are best enjoyed with Bibles open. The goal of every sermon is help you understand what the Bible says, and how to respond to what you’ve heard.

  • We act. Sunday morning is more than a weekly break in the routine of life. We gather together to be sent back out into the world to live lives better equipped to follow Jesus as His disciples.

More Info

What should I wear? You'll find everything from jeans and t-shirts to suits and dresses. Whether you dress casual or more formal - it doesn't matter to us. Business casual tends to be the majority.

Do you make visitors stand or do anything weird? Nope! All we ask is that you fill out a Connection Card so we can follow up with you later. You can bring that to the Welcome kiosk in the foyer or drop it in the contribution basket.

Speaking of the contribution basket...am I expected to give? As a visitor, we do not expect you to contribute. Our members contribute financially as an act of worship and to support the ministry of Village. You can participate as you feel led.

What are you doing to protect against COVID-19 spread? Our worship spaces are routinely cleaned, and we keep constant airflow during our services. We have hand sanitizer available throughout the building. Please wear a mask if you prefer. We are closely following CDC and IDPH COVID-19 guidance.

I've got a question that wasn't answered here. Can I talk to someone? Sure! Give our church office a call at 630.851.4120 or send us an email at office@vbcaurora.org. We'd be happy to answer any questions you may have.
